The YMCA has been a leader in health and fitness in the greater Albuquerque area for more than 90 years. YMCA staff are highly educated and trained to help everyone whether you have never exercised or you want to continue to maintain a high level of fitness and wellness. Programs range from personal training to group exercise and include Yoga, Pilates, Water Exercise, Stress for Less, Cycling, Tai Chi, weight loss, circuit training, step classes and more.

YMCA staff provide a personal fitness assessment with one-on-one counseling in order to prescribe the right program for you. The YMCA is also part of the “Silver Sneakers” program, a wellness program for individuals 65 year of age and older who are members of the Lovelace or Humana health plans.
